Lonan Country House & Gardens is situated within the rolling country scenes of the quaint village of Taynuilt. We have a train station 1 mile away, a well-stocked grocery store, post office and tearoom, and a nine-hole golf course for golf enthusiasts and bewitching walks along the piers at Loch Etive.

At Lonan Country House & Gardens, we have six beautifully renovated suites that range from one to two bedrooms. Within the suites you can see the amazing views of Ben Cruachan, Ben Starav and the wonderful architecture and landscaped grounds of our gardens. Whether you are staying with us for a romantic getaway with your loved one, a holiday with family and friends to enjoy all the amazing views and experiences the Highlands and Islands have to offer, rest assure you will be doing so in luxury and comfort. 

Everything is on your doorstep within easy access to the stunning West Coast and ferry day trips to the beautiful inner Hebridean Islands. Oban is the local harbouring town that has all the amenities you may need from food stores to pharmacies, restaurants, and retail therapy. There are some excellent restaurants that serve freshy caught seafood. 

Our kitchens are fully fitted offering everything you would need for a relaxed holiday, including a full-sized dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
